1997 - 2001 – Glenwood High School 14A, 15A, 16A and 1st XV

2001 – DHSOB RFC U20A League Winners

2002 – DHSOB RFC U20A - Vodacom Zonal U21A. Sent over on Sharks Exchange Programme to Wales (UK)

2002 - Pwllheli RFC 1st XV (North Wales), North Wales U23 vs New Zealand Junior All Blacks U21’s

2003 – DHSOB 1st XV and Natal Duikers RFC vs Wildebeest XV and Country Districts XV.

2003 - Bangor RFC 1st XV (North Wales), Bristol Saracens RFC and Upper Eden RFC (England)

2003 – Sustained a spinal injury which ended playing career immediately.

  • Coaching High Schools rugby for 13 years

  • Coached Westville Boys High 1st XV for 3 years (2012 - 2014)

  • WBHS Specialist Forwards Coach for all teams

  • Head of High Performance Rugby Coaching Arm of the WBHS Sports Academy (2012 -2015)

  • Sharks U16 Forwards Coach (2014 + 2015)

  • Collegians RFC U16A Coach – League winners 2012

  • Varsity College RFC U20A Forwards Coach 2016

  • WRU (Welsh Rugby Union – Coaching Level 1) + Child Protection Course Certified (UK)

  • IRB Level 2 Coaching Award

  • KZNRU Level 1 and 2 Coaching Awards  – Passes with Distinction

  • National Certificate in Coaching Sciences through Exercise Teachers Academy
